Requirements:

• Basic understanding of HVAC industry
• Mechanical ability
• Sheet metal experience
• EPA Certification
• Reliable transportation
• Own your own tools

Duties include:

• Residential and light commercial installation
• Some troubleshooting

You will not be locked into one specific type of work. Instead you will be asked to perform many different types of work on a day to day basis. No selling will be required at the beginning of your employment.

Compensation will be based on experience.
